The scientific review devoted to theoretical analysis of the changes that the personalization of psychiatric care as an implementation of personality-oriented approach brings to psychiatry and psychotherapy. It describes historical stages of the psychiatry mission transformation, the associated changes in views on the role and structure of the personality in psychopathology, as well as the principles and tasks of integrative psychotherapy. A personalized approach improves organization of mental health services, determining the combination of psychotherapy with information technologies. This combination allows one to consider the personality as an information and regulatory subsystem of the mind, operating with semantic constructs. Besides such an approach creates a basis to integrate the main directions of psychotherapy as complementary methods that address to various aspects of the cognitive- semantic sphere. This integration includes differentiated and consecutive application of different techniques. The most important components of personalization are cloud-based psychological testing services, software tools for supporting clinical decision-making, and remote support.
