Clinical and psychological problems of domestic violence against women and girls

The article presents a theoretical review of the clinical and psychological problems of domestic violence against women and girls. Preconditions of domestic violence, particularly families in which there is the use of different types of violence, their impact on women and girls are considered. The role of various factors on the experience of traumatic events are described.
