Abstract

The article describes the results of studying some indices of lipid spectrum in patients with schizophrenia with genotypes of the –75G/A of gene APOA-1 with antipsychotic therapy in Zabaykalsky Krai. The study included 80 first episode schizophrenia patients. All patients had twice produced blood sampling for biochemical and molecular genetic analysis. Then statistical processing of the receive data was manufactured. Significant changes of a lipid spectrum in schizophrenic patients with G/A+А/А genotype of APOA-1 gene were determined. Thus these patients have a risk of development of disturbances of a lipid metabolism.
