Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to expert evaluation of diminished responsibility of persons with personality disorders. Scientific justification of the criteria of diminished responsibility are encouraged to use psychological theory making and theory activities. Discusses the mechanisms of disorders of self-regulation that restricts the freedom of choice when making those with personality disorders aggressive actions. Understand ways to improve the evidence of expert reports on diminished responsibility of persons with personality disorders.
