Abstract

The article considers topical issues of secondary prevention of public danger from individuals of older age groups with severe mental disorders. The authors have shown that complex psychological and psychiatric examination of elderly patients with schizophrenia and organic personality disorder allows to identify the main differential criteria leading psychopathological disorders in the clinical-pathopsychological and dynamic characteristics. This paper presents a differentiated treatment regimens elderly patients with depressive-delusional disorders organic mental disorders on the stages of outpatient compulsory observation and treatment by a psychiatrist.
