Abstract

The review presents a substantiation of medical and psychological psycho-prophylaxis of road accidents as a unified management system for ensuring the reliability of drivers. The proposed system of psycho-prophylaxis is based on the system-situational approach. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents and the results of empirical studies of road accident risk factors, functional and personal requirements for drivers have been substantiated and formulated. The authors propose, within the framework of the structural management, to produce a simulation from the point of view of the human factor of the system of psychophysiological requirements to the driver. This system is a set of requirements for a reference subject of accident-free operation. The developed subject-based model is a reference point for parametric control. The stages of parametric control, including diagnostics, selection and training of drivers, are disclosed in detail. Within the framework of medical and psychological support, certain organizational and procedural aspects of the driver's reliability assurance system are formulated.
