Abstract

In the scientific article, in order to analyze the impact of protective parameters on the definition of the potential social danger of persons with mental disorders, a modern view on the problem of assessing the risk of violence is highlighted. It is shown that the joint consideration of risk factors and protective factors increases the reliability of the forecast. The results of several observational studies carried out using the original domestic method of structured risk assessment of dangerous behavior are presented. The prognostic significance of the tool is shown, the values of quantitative coefficients for protective factors are given, their gender specificity and dynamic changes in the process of treatment and rehabilitation influence are described.
