Genetic studies in the practice of forensic-psychiatric assessment of minors

In this article, using the analysis of a clinical case, we raise the issue of expanding the range of indications for prescribing the diagnostic studies of genetic pathology in patients with mental disorders, especially in forensic-psychiatric practice of working with minors. We submit the description of specific phenotype signs which are characteristic of the forms of genetic pathology. We analyze their combination with psychopathological symptoms, which is characterized by pronounced behavioral disturbances that lead adolescents to offending.
