In this study, pursuing the objective of developing the forensic expert criteria for assessing the organic personality disorder, we have carried out the analysis of the clinical and social characteristics of 90 examinees with the above-said pathology, who underwent forensic-psychiatric assessment in civil cases seeking to have the contracts recognized null and void. Depending on the forensic-expert decision taken, we have carried out the multidimensional comprehensive analysis of the condition of particular individuals with organic personality disorder – which is encountered in forensic psychiatric practice most frequently – at the time of entering contract. We look at the psychogenic factors and the somatic-neurological condition of examinees, which influence motivation and expression of their will at the time of entering property contracts.
