Dynamics of schizotypal disorder in a patient with ulcerative colitis and primary sclerosing cholangitis after liver transplantation

Abstract

The article analyzes psychosomatic relationships in the clinical picture of ulcerative colitis complicated by primary sclerosing cholangitis and liver cirrhosis in a patient suffering from schizotypal disorder before and after liver transplant in order to develop an approach for the optimal diagnostic and treatment strategy from the viewpoint of the multidisciplinary approach.
