Dear colleagues!

We offer you a new issue of the Russian Journal of Psychiatry (2025, No. 5). The issue contains reports on various aspects of forensic and social psychiatry, clinical features of mental illness, and diagnostic issues. Special attention is paid to the prevention of suicidal behavior and therapeutic approaches to the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder in combat participants. Of particular interest to readers may be an article describing a clinical case of the detransition.
