Прогнозирование психических расстройств у несовершеннолетних с помощью нейросетевого анализа данных

В оригинальном исследовании с целью оценки возможности прогнозирования психических расстройств у несовершеннолетних с помощью нейросетевого анализа данных было проведено клиническое обследование 516 детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, и 100 детей и подростков, проживающих в своих биологических полных семьях. Было выполнено молекулярно-генетическое типирование, определены частоты генотипов и аллелей полиморфных вариантов генов: rs1800532 TPH1(A218C), rs6323 MAOA (R297R), rs6313 HTR2A (T102C), rs1800955 DRD4 (C-521T), rs4680 COMT (G472A), rs1611115 DBH (C-1021T), rs1800497 DRD2 (Taq1A). Результаты исследования показали, что дети-сироты отличаются от детей из полных семей по следующим параметрам: отягощенная алкоголизмом наследственность (p<0,001), патология перинатального периода (p<0,001), частая встречаемость полиморфизмов генов rs1800532 TPH1(A218C) (p=0,012) и rs4680 COMT (G472A) (p=0,009). Статистически значимые параметры легли в основу обучения многослойного перцептрона. Применение нейросетевого анализа позволило прогнозировать развитие психических расстройств с точностью не менее 83,0%.
