Динамика госпитализации пациентов детского возраста в психиатрический стационар, годовой анализ клинико-демографических характеристик и психопатологии

В проспективном сплошном когортном исследовании с целью изучения динамики госпитализации несовершеннолетних, поступивших в психиатрический стационар, на первом этапе проводился анализ функционирования коечной мощности ГБУЗ «Специализированная психоневрологическая больница» Министерства здравоохранения Краснодарского края за 2003–2023 гг., были проанализированы объективные причины, по которым в последние годы отмечено снижение общего числа госпитализированных пациентов при тенденции к росту количества госпитализированных детей. Параллельно в течение 1 года анализировались данные всех госпитализированных несовершеннолетних с целью изучения структуры нозологического и возрастного состава детей с психическими расстройствами, некоторых клинических характеристик, распространенности случаев аутоагрессии и самоповреждений среди данной когорты для включения во второй этап исследования.
