Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью представления актуальных сведений о биохимических основах агрессии проанализированы исследования, проводимые по этой теме в последние годы. Опыт учёных, работающих в области биологической психиатрии, может быть полезен для понимания патогенетических механизмов формирования поведенческих нарушений, приводящих к совершению общественно опасных действий с применением насилия у лиц с психическими заболеваниями. На основании анализа отечественных и зарубежных публикаций в данной статье представлены данные, полученные при изучении агрессивных наклонностей у людей и животных, которые могут иметь значение для выделения потенциальных биомаркеров общественной опасности у психически больных.
