Аннотация

В настоящем эпидемиологическом исследовании с целью определения взаимосвязи между показателями выявляемости психических расстройств и динамикой пандемического процесса COVID-19 в России были выбраны данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики – формы № 10 «Сведения о заболеваниях психическими расстройствами и расстройствами поведения (кроме заболеваний, связанных с употреблением психоактивных веществ)», проанализирована статистика Северо-Западного и Южного федеральных округов, а также всей России за 2017−2021 гг. Для оценки потенциального влияния фактора COVID-19 на популяционную статистику психических расстройств использовали открытые данные о выявлении, заболеваемости, смертности и летальности от COVID-19 в изучаемых регионах. Обнаружены достоверные изменения распространенности первично возникших психических расстройств при сравнении данных до пандемии COVID-19 и в 2020–2021 гг. Показано, что психиатрические последствия пандемии COVID-19, вероятно, имеют существенную возрастную специфику с наиболее негативным и выраженным эффектом в отношении лиц в возрасте 15–19 лет.
