В научном обзоре рассматриваются психолого-психиатрические характеристики обвиняемых в преступлениях по различным мотивам: преступления "ненависти", преступления "сталкеров", множественные гомициды. Изложены данные о мотивационной агрессии. В практике судебно-психиатрической экспертизы чаще всего у обвиняемых диагностируются расстройства личности, бредовые расстройства, шизофрения.
