Аннотация

Проводится психолого-психиатрический экспертологический анализ нормы гражданского законодательства об ограничении дееспособности вследствие психического расстройства. Формулируется его психологический критерий. Предлагаются клинические и патопсихологические критерии установления ограничения дееспособности вследствие психического расстройства.
