Аннотация

В когортном исследовании с целью валидации русскоязычной версии опросника HCL-33 было обследовано 150 пациентов с текущим диагнозом «рекуррентное депрессивное расстройство». Диагноз по МКБ-10 устанавливался на основании структурированного диагностического интервью и верифицировался с помощью клинической оценки. Оптимальная точка разделения для диагностики биполярного расстройства II типа и рекуррентной депрессии с наилучшим соотношением значений чувствительности (0,71) и специфичности (0,69) составила >16,0 баллов; наибольшее значение ROC AUC – 0,773; коэффициент альфа Кронбаха – 0,91. Анализ главных компонент выявил двухфакторную структуру шкалы. Обе версии шкалы (для родственников и пациентов) имели хорошую согласованность и могут быть рекомендованы для выявления гипоманиакальных эпизодов.
