Аннотация

В одномоментном ретроспективном исследовании с целью определения противопоказаний к полиграфическому тестированию клинико-психопатологическим, сексологическим и психофизиологическим методами были обследованы 222 мужчины, проходивших сексолого-психиатрическую экспертизу в Национальном медицинском исследовательском центре психиатрии и наркологии им. В.П. Сербского в 2007–2018 гг. Выявлены относительные противопоказания к полиграфическому тестированию – это когнитивные нарушения (нарушения внимания, ригидность психических процессов, процессуальные нарушения мышления), а также некоторые индивидуально-личностные особенности (тревожность, импульсивность). Абсолютное противопоказание – любое острое или обострение хронического соматического заболевания. Полученные результаты обосновывают необходимость проведения экспериментально-психологического и физикального исследований перед тестированием на полиграфе.
