Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью рассмотрения основных определений и значимых диагностических критериев несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения проанализированы существующие теоретические подходы к описанию изучаемого феномена. Выявлены его ключевые характеристики, показана динамика в теоретическом осмыслении, проанализированы диагностические критерии по классификациям МКБ-10, МКБ-11 и DSM-5. В настоящее время данный феномен рассматривается не только как возможный симптом пограничного расстройства личности, но и как отдельное клиническое состояние – несуицидальное членовредительство. Наиболее исчерпывающие и валидные критерии несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения представлены в DSM-5. Вместе с тем существуют отдельные показатели, требующие дальнейшей разработки, особенно в отношении пациентов детского и подросткового возраста.
