Предварительная адаптация и валидизация психометрических методик для дименсиональной оценки расстройств личности в рамках перехода к МКБ-11

В одномоментном ретроспективном исследовании с целью предварительной адаптации методик The Five-Factor Personality Inventory for ICD-11 (FFiCD) и The Self and Interpersonal Functioning Scale (SIFS) на русскоязычной аудитории проведено пилотное тестирование, в котором приняли участие 58 испытуемых мужского пола (возраст – 36,1±11,7 года), разделенных на 3 группы: психически здоровых добровольцев (19 человек), лиц с расстройствами личности (27 человек) и лиц с расстройствами шизофренического спектра (12 человек). По результатам пилотного тестирования сделан вывод о пригодности русскоязычных версий шкал FFiCD и SIFS для использования в клинической практике. Тексты опросников оказались доступныи для понимания испытуемыми и лицами, проводившими тестирование. Предварительные результаты позволяют говорить о том, что шкалы SIFS и FFiCD обладают диагностической ценностью и информативны при диагностике расстройства личности.
