Другая «органика»: несовершенство классификаций, полярная востребованность диагнозов, специфика во взрослом и детском возрасте

В дискуссионной статье с целью разрешения проблемы невостребованности одних диагнозов и чрезмерной диагностики других обсуждается ряд органических расстройств. Высказывается предположение, что кататонический синдром у практикующих докторов ассоциируется только с шизофренией, как маниакальный синдром – с биполярным аффективным расстройством. Чрезмерная востребованность диагноза «непсихотическое органическое расстройство» связана со сложностью его доказательства медико-инструментальным и клиническими методами в детском возрасте, а также обилием трудно подтверждаемой информации о патологии в перинатальном периоде. Автор делает попытки объяснения и поиска путей преодоления сложившейся ситуации.
