Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью изучения современного состояния медико-социальной помощи лицам пожилого и старческого возраста, включая людей с психическими и коморбидными расстройствами, отражены направления, особенности и проблематика оказания данного вида помощи в зарубежных странах. Анализ иностранных литературных источников проведен с использованием электронных информационных ресурсов Ovid Medline, Scopus, Freedom Collection, Health Policy Reference Center, The Cochrane Library, PubMed. Обзор литературы показал, что важным аспектом в организации медико-социального обслуживания, исходя из потребностей населения старших возрастных групп, является сохранение навыков автономности пожилых людей, формирование оптимальной среды жизнедеятельности в привычных благоприятных условиях по месту проживания, с оказанием на дому медицинской, социальной, психологической помощи, реабилитационных и абилитационных мероприятий.
