В эмпирическом исследовании с целью создания комплексной клинико-психопатологической модели суицидального поведения в подростковом возрасте были обследованы 2525 подростков (12–19 лет – по критериям ЮНФПА), обучающихся в образовательных организациях г. Москвы, составившихпопуляционную и клиническую выборки. Разработанная клинико-психопатологическая модель суицидального поведения в подростковом возрасте представляет собой многоступенчатую модель диатеза-стресса суицидального поведения, основанную на выделении статических и структурно-динамических компонентов. В первой части статьи рассмотрены статические компоненты модели: уязвимость, негативные события, суицидальный нарратив и суицидальное кризисное состояние. Выделены социально-психологические, клинико-психопатологические характеристики, вносящие наибольший вклад в развитие суицидального поведения. Модель постулирует, что высокий суицидальный риск в первую очередь определяется наличием специфических клинико-психопатологических симптомокомплексов, а суицидальный нарратив вносит свой независимый вклад в развитие и поддерживание остроты суицидального кризиса.
