Депрессивные расстройства: эпидемиология, бремя болезни и медико-социальная характеристика пациентов

Аннотация

В научном обзоре нарративного типа с целью обобщения результатов анализа сгруппированных публикаций, посвященных эпидемиологии и бремени депрессивных расстройств, а также медикосоциальным характеристикам лиц с депрессивными расстройствами, по устойчивым словосочетаниям и ключевым словам в релевантных библиографических системах и базах данных (Научная электронная библиотека elibrary.ru, Киберленинка, PubMed) был проведен поиск научных публикаций. Всего найдено 256 статей, для цитирования использовано 68 источников. Имеются признаки значительного роста заболеваемости депрессивными расстройствами: за десятилетие (2007–2017 гг.) число новых случаев увеличилось на 17,8%, а за годы пандемии COVID-19 этот показатель вырос еще на 21,6%. Требуются научные работы по эпидемиологии данного заболевания в России, а также дополнительные мероприятия по совершенствованию диагностики и повышению эффективности лечения лиц с депрессивными расстройствами, особенно в первичной медицинской сети.
