Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации современных знаний о значении нейрокогнитивных расстройств при психических заболеваниях проведен анализ российских и зарубежных публикаций. Дается современное представление о нейрокогнитивных расстройствах, подчеркивается трансдиагностическая модель данных нарушений, представлены основные диагностические подходы к квалификации нейрокогнитивных нарушений в МКБ-11 и DSM-5. Представлено определение и типология нейрокогнитивных функций с описанием шести доменов. Рассматривается необходимость комплексного исследования с применением нейропсихологического тестирования для верификации нейрокогнитивных нарушений.
