Значимость эпиднадзора за попытками суицида и преднамеренными самоповреждениями

Аннотация

В многоцентровом эпидемиологическом исследовании с участием государственных психиатрических служб Забайкальского края, Ставропольского края и Свердловской области с целью оценки возможностей существующей системы мониторинга преднамеренных самоповреждений изучены особенности и оценены различия клинико-демографических параметров и характеристик суицидального поведения лиц, совершивших самоповреждения за период 2021–2022 гг. в упомянутых субъектах РФ. Проведено сравнение клинико-демографических параметров и их распространенности в когортах лиц с суицидальным поведением и в общих популяциях населения. Продемонстрированы различия сравниваемых когорт по возрастному составу, состоянию психического здоровья, потребности в диспансерном наблюдении врачами-психиатрами. Сделан вывод о необходимости и возможности оптимизации существующих стратегий мониторинга преднамеренных самоповреждений и профилактики самоубийств с использованием доступных ресурсов отечественной системы здравоохранения.
