Аннотация

В когортном исследовании с целью выявления динамических ассоциаций уровня BDNF в сыворотке крови и маркеров в гене BDNF с клиническими проявлениями синдрома отмены алкоголя было обследовано 132 пациента с основным диагнозом F10.3 («синдром отмены»), проходивших лечение в стационаре. В динамике синдрома отмены измеряли концентрацию BDNF в сыворотке крови, а также проводили психометрическое тестирование. Полиморфизмы гена BDNF rs925946, rs6265, rs10835210 и rs7103411 генотипировали с помощью полимеразной цепной реакции. Периферический уровень BDNF в сыворотке крови, но не полиморфизмы гена BDNF динамически ассоциирован с выраженностью синдрома отмены, влечением к алкоголю, выраженностью тревожной и депрессивной симптоматики, а также когнитивными способностями.
