Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью анализа научных публикаций отечественных и иностранных исследований, доступных в базах данных PubMed, EMBASE, MEDLINE, РИНЦ, Кокрейновская библиотека, Сyberleninka, были изучены, систематизированы и описаны психотерапевтические подходы, применяемые в лечении посттравматического стрессового расстройства, отвечающие требованиям безопасности и высокой доказанной эффективности. Обсуждается клиническое многообразие симптомов посттравматического стрессового расстройства в аспекте применения популярных видов психотерапии и достигаемых психотерапевтических эффектов. Рассматриваются когнитивно-поведенческая терапия, десенсибилизация и переработка движением глаз, а также их интеграция с суггестивными методиками. Проведенный анализ позволил определить не только эффективные методы психозотерапии, применяемые в практике врачей-психотерапевтов, но и приоритетные направления для дальнейших исследований.
