Формирование приверженности лечению при посттравматическом стрессовом расстройстве и коморбидных наркологических расстройствах

В научном обзоре с целью анализа и систематизации литературных данных о приверженности лечению пациентов с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством (ПТСР) и коморбидными наркологическими расстройствами был произведен поиск статей за период 1996–2024 гг. в базах данных PubMed, ResearchGate и eLIBRARY. Представлены сведения о том, что ПТСР и расстройства, связанные с употреблением психоактивных веществ, являются распространенными и рецидивирующими психическими заболеваниями, обладающими сложным этиопатогенезом со многими общими психологическими и нейробиологическими механизмами. Для пациентов с ПТСР и с зависимостью от психоактивных веществ характерны более тяжелый клинический профиль, низкая приверженность лечению, частые рецидивы наркологических заболеваний, неблагоприятный прогноз. В настоящий момент при оказании комплексной психиатрической и наркологической помощи в отношении ПТСР и наркологических расстройств используются практические приемы когнитивно-поведенческой терапии, которые одновременно должны воздействовать на симптомы и ПТСР, и расстройств, связанных с употреблением психоактивных веществ, для достижения максимально возможного терапевтического эффекта и повышения приверженности лечению.
