Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью рассмотрения роли внутренней речи в процессах саморегуляции и их нарушений при психопатологических состояниях анализируются теоретические представления о формировании внутренней речи как результата интериоризации речи внешней и ее роли в организации сознательного опыта личности. Обосновывается связь внутренней речи с эмоциональной регуляцией, планированием действий и принятием решений. Особое внимание уделяется процессам автоматизации и дезавтоматизации внутренней речи в норме и при патологии. Рассматриваются различия между понятиями «произвольность» и «воля», а также их соотношение с понятиями значения и смысла. Предлагается модель функционирования внутренней речи, обеспечивающей циклическое преобразование смыслов и значений как основного механизма психической саморегуляции.
