Генетические аспекты агрессивного поведения у больных шизофренией (аналитический обзор)

В статье представлен обзор литературы по вопросу доказательных исследований в психиатрии и практической ценности получаемых в них результатов. Осуществленный анализ позволяет сделать вывод о том, что современные методы молекулярной биологии предоставляют новые инструменты описания и анализа ассоциации ряда однонуклеотидных полиморфизмов с агрессивным поведением у больных шизофренией, что может использоваться при разработке комплексных критериев определения генетического риска у носителей предрасполагающего генотипа полиморфных маркеров для выбора оптимальной психокоррекционной стратегии.
