Качество медицинских услуг при расстройствах аутистического спектра в оценках потребителей

В оригинальном исследовании с целью изучения оценок качества медицинских услуг для разработки алгоритма медицинского сопровождения детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра проведён опрос их родителей. В исследовании приняли участие 106 респондентов. Установлено, что потребители чаще отмечают неудовлетворенность получаемыми медицинскими услугами, навыками работы медицинского персонала с такими больными. Неудовлетворённость получаемыми услугами не зависела от того, в какие лечебно-профилактические учреждения (государственные или частные) обращались респонденты. Больше половины респондентов считают, что медицинским специалистам следует пройти дополнительное обучение по развитию навыков взаимодействия с детьми с расстройствами аутистического спектра.
