Обсуждается проблема объективной оценки «сложности» судебно-психиатрической экспертизы. Сложность может быть определена через анализ времени, затраченного экспертом на обоснование решения в различных клинических ситуациях. Сложность собственно клинической оценки объясняется несоответствием наблюдаемой симптоматики диагностическому стандарту. Трудность обоснования экспертного решения определяется другими факторами. Так, выявление умеренно выраженных нарушений психики подразумевает возможность различной экспертной оценки. В этом случае требуется оценка совокупности клинических, психологических, социальных и ситуационных факторов, что усложняет обоснование экспертного вывода. Кроме того, работа эксперта усложняется в случае совмещения компетенции судебно-психиатрического эксперта и эксперта-психолога при проведении комплексных психолого-психиатрических экспертных исследований. Показывается различие категорий «трудоемкости» и «сложности».
