Судебно-психиатрическое значение сочетания ауто- и гетероагрессивного поведения у больных шизофренией

В статье представлены результаты клинического и математического анализа особенностей больных шизофренией, совершавших ауто- и гетероагрессивные действия (тяжкие общественно опасные деяния). Выявлены основные закономерности, причины и мотивы таких действий, их сочетания с другой психопатологией, личностными и ситуационными характеристиками. Описано судебно-психиатрическое значение ауто- и гетероагрессии при шизофрении, в частности, для совершенствования критериев обоснования экспертного заключения и рекомендаций мер медицинского характера, что существенно при профилактике повторных правонарушений.
