Нейрокогнитивные корреляты биполярного аффективного расстройства

В научном обзоре с целью анализа рассмотрены публикации, предметом которых были нейрокогнитивные корреляты биполярного аффективного расстройства, специфика нейрокогнитивного профиля и прогностические критерии оценки его реабилитационного потенциала. Показано, что при биполярном аффективном расстройстве нарушаются базовые компоненты регуляции поведения и их производные: построение умозаключений, планирование деятельности, решение сложных поведенческих и мыслительных задач. Биполярное аффективное расстройство влияет на продуктивность процессов «холодного» и «горячего» познания, тормозных процессов, рабочей памяти, внимания, формирует когнитивную ригидность. Нейрокогнитивный дефицит носит стойкий характер и не регрессирует в эутимном периоде. При биполярном аффективном расстройстве формируются морфологические изменения в дорсолатеральной, орбитофронтальной, вентромедиальной префронтальной коре, передней поясной извилине, амигдале; отмечается уменьшение толщины серого вещества.
