Оценка тревожности у пациентов с зависимостью от алкоголя и наркотиков на различных этапах лечебно-реабилитационного процесса с учетом гендерных особенностей и наркологического диагноза

В обсервационном когортном исследовании с целью оценки личностной и ситуативной тревожности у лиц с наркологическими расстройствами на различных этапах лечебно-реабилитационного процесса были обследованы 83 пациента с зависимостью от алкоголя и наркотиков. Сочетание зависимости от психоактивных веществ с тревогой и депрессией у пациентов с психическими и поведенческими расстройствами достаточно распространено в клинической практике организаций, оказывающих медицинскую помощь по профилям «психиатрия» и «психиатрия-наркология». Использование валидных и надежных инструментов психологической и клинической диагностики на различных этапах лечебно-реабилитационного процесса с учетом гендерных различий позволит отслеживать динамику изменений психоэмоционального состояния пациентов с наркологическими расстройствами для персонификации терапевтических вмешательств.
