Аннотация

Аналитический обзор посвящен анализу современных программ профилактики суицидального поведения в различных странах мира, с акцентом на междисциплинарный подход и необходимость учета культурных, социальных и психологических особенностей при их разработке. Рассмотрены как национальные, так и локальные программы, реализуемые в развитых и развивающихся странах, включая США, Канаду, страны Европы (Германию, Финляндию, Грецию), Австралию, Японию, Бразилию, а также государства Африки и Латинской Америки. Особое внимание уделено использованию цифровых технологий, таких как телепсихиатрия, онлайн-консультации, мобильные приложения и искусственный интеллект, позволяющих преодолеть географические и социальные барьеры в доступе к психологической помощи. В статье представлены ключевые направления профилактической работы: обучение специалистов и населения, раннее выявление риска, организация горячих линий, ограничение доступа к средствам совершения суицида, реабилитация после кризиса, борьба со стигмой психических заболеваний и развитие систем поддержки. Обоснована важность учета мишеней психотерапевтического воздействия, особенно ценностно-смысловой сферы личности, при планировании мероприятий по психопрофилактике суицидальности. Анализ различных региональных профилактических программ показывает необходимость сочетать клинические, социальные и смысло-ориентированные подходы психологической работы. Такой подход позволяет повысить адресность и эффективность профилактики, обеспечивая более целостное понимание причин суицидального кризиса и возможностей его преодоления.
