Психотические расстройства при эпилепсии (обзор литературы)

В научном обзоре с целью обобщения современных данных о систематике психотических расстройств при эпилепсии, подходах к их диагностике и лечению представлены актуальные проблемы шизофреноподобных расстройств эпилептической природы. Показаны высокая частота их встречаемости, трудности в диагностике, подходы к фармакологической коррекции. Представлены данные о сложностях, возникающих при впервые диагностируемом психотическом эпизоде, когда приуроченность к эпилептическому пароксизму недостаточно очевидна. Отмечены существенные разночтения авторов в подходах к классификации шизофреноподобных психотических эпизодов, что существенно влияет как на подходы к лечению данных состояний, так и на суждения о прогнозе.
