Проблема исследования принятия решений у лиц, совершивших общественно опасные действия в конфликтных ситуациях

В научном обзоре с целью повышения точности экспертной оценки дизрегуляции поведения обосновывается необходимость изучения принятия решений у лиц, совершивших общественно опасные действия в конфликтных ситуациях. Подчёркивается необходимость преодоления методологических проблем, связанных с изучением принятия решений в судебно-психологической экспертизе. Показано, что важную роль в дизрегуляции поведения в острых конфликтных ситуациях играют стресс и смысловое содержание конфликта, изучение которых в судебно-психологической экспертизе затруднено. В качестве способа преодоления этих проблем для оценки принятия решений в юридически значимых ситуациях предлагается использовать метод моделирования смысловых аспектов конфликтных ситуаций с регистрацией вегетативных показателей, направленных на определение уровня стресса.
