Аннотация

С целью определения способности вируса COVID-19 вызывать когнитивные нарушения и деменцию у людей старшего возраста проанализирован клинический случай развития деменции с острым началом. Представлен обзор факторов патогенеза, способных обусловить развитие когнитивной дисфункции, среди которых – непосредственное воздействие вируса на структуры головного мозга, гипоксия, тромбоз, нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Проведена историческая параллель с экзогенными типами реакций K. Bonhoeffer. Приведены результаты исследований психопатологических проявлений гриппозных психозов в прошлом, не утративших свою актуальность до настоящего времени. Отмечена особая роль формы нарушенного сознания, характерной для инфекционных и соматических психозов – аменции. Описана последовательная смена экзогенных типов реакций, приведшая к деменции.
