Сравнение черт тёмной триады и типов привязанности у пациентов с пограничным расстройством личности и депрессией

В проведённом экспериментальном исследовании с целью изучения взаимосвязи черт тёмной триады и типов привязанности нами были обследованы 34 пациента с диагнозом «депрессивный эпизод» (F32.0, F32.1) и 29 пациентов с диагнозом «пограничное расстройство личности» (F60.3), средний возраст – 24 года. В группе пациентов с пограничным расстройством тревожный тип привязанности положительно коррелирует с психопатией (Ro=0,502, p=0,006) и отрицательно с нарциссизмом (Ro= –0,619, p=0,001). В группе пациентов с депрессией не оказалось значимых корреляций по выбранным объектам исследования. При сравнении двух групп по распределению преобладающих типов привязанности и уровня психологического благополучия значимых различий не получено, что может указывать на перекрытие выборок. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что нарушенные типы привязанности, прежде всего тревожный, оказывают большее влияние на пациентов с пограничным расстройством личности, чем на пациентов с депрессией.
